How this works
- Something costs you money — open this page and hit + New on the ⚡ To submit board. Type a short description and the amount. Done in 30 seconds; everything else can wait.
- When you submit the claim, drag the card To submit → Submitted. It moves into ⏳ Waiting for payment, which totals everything you're still owed.
- When the money lands, drag it to Paid — it drops into ✅ Paid / archive, out of the way.
The point: nothing lives in your head. Capture, submit, and get-paid are three separate drags.
The views
- ⚡ To submit — action board, grouped by status. Your home screen.
- ⏳ Waiting for payment — submitted but not yet paid, with the outstanding total at the bottom.
- ✅ Paid / archive — done and dusted, kept for records.
- 📅 This month — everything dated this month, with a sum.
- 📊 By month — total spend per month, one column each. Switch years from its filter dropdown.
